Start from where you are
Your current running, goal and available time shape the programme.
Personalised online running coaching
A programme gives you an ideal plan. Race Squad coaches you through what actually happens.
I’ll build training around your goal and the time you have, review how the real week went, and adjust what comes next.

A useful plan gives every run a purpose. Ongoing coaching helps you make sense of the week, learn from it and choose what to do next.
Your current running, goal and available time shape the programme.
Understand the role of easy runs, harder sessions, recovery and long runs.
Completed sessions and your feedback give us a useful picture of how training went.
I’ll explain what I’m seeing and adjust the programme where it would help.
Build pacing, race strategy and final preparation around your event and experience.
Review consistency and progress, then shape the next goal when you’re ready.
Race Squad is standalone online coaching for runners who want individual guidance towards something that matters to them.
Coaching starts with the runner you are now and the goal you want to work towards.
Existing members and non-members can choose the same coaching blocks at the same price. Club membership stays separate.
Race Squad does not include club-run access. The club’s ordinary membership and sessions stand on their own.
A personal programme and an ongoing coaching relationship, supported by the right tools.
Your personalised Training Tilt programme reflects your current ability, available time and goals. We start with a goals and onboarding conversation.
I review completed training and your feedback, check in with you, and adjust sessions when the next week calls for it.
We review consistency, training patterns and progression together. AI-assisted analysis can help bring useful patterns into view; I interpret them in context.
Work through pacing, race strategy and preparation specific to the event you’re building towards.
Video-based running-technique feedback and help using your watch or training app more effectively, as useful to your goals.
Technique feedback is arranged as needed; it is not a promise of recurring in-person appointments. Race Squad is online coaching and does not include club-run access or unlimited instant messaging.
This is the difference between receiving a plan and having a coach guide what happens next.
You complete the week. I look at what happened, what went well, what changed and how the training felt.
We use that picture to decide what deserves attention and adjust the programme when needed.
Next week reflects where you are now — not where an old plan assumed you would be.
Your training won’t always go to plan. Your coaching shouldn’t fall apart when it doesn’t.
A schedule can show an ideal sequence. Coaching helps you choose what matters when the sequence changes.
We reassess where you are and what is useful now. Missed sessions don’t simply get crammed back in.
We adapt around where you’ll be, how much time you have and what is realistic there.
We identify the sessions that matter most, what can move and what can be dropped.
We shape the week around your commitments rather than pretending they aren’t there.
We look at the best place for it and keep the rest of the week workable.
We review the time away and your current training before deciding what to resume. You don’t just restart at the old point.
The useful question is not how many metrics your watch shows. It’s which information helps you run the session in front of you.
I’ll help you make better use of the watch or app you already own. You don’t need to buy a particular brand for Race Squad.
Understand current, average and lap pace — and which one fits the run.
Use your watch to follow intervals, recovery and long-run pacing with more purpose.
Choose useful data screens and alerts, including heart-rate information where it helps.
Review what the session recorded and focus on the numbers that matter for that workout.
Training information can show pace, consistency, completed sessions, workload, long-run development and how preparation is changing. One metric on its own never tells the whole story.
Each run adds another part of the picture. AI-assisted analysis helps me look across training information, bringing patterns and changes into view beyond any single session.
Completed sessions, consistency, workload and the direction your training is taking.
AI helps surface trends and changes for review. It does not diagnose or decide what you should do.
I bring in your goals, experience, feedback and real-life situation, then decide what should happen next.
Training data shows what happened. Your goals, feedback and real-life situation help me decide what happens next.
More insight. Better decisions. Still human coaching.
Jack and Gabriele are describing earlier CRWC coaching experiences. Their stories are their own, not a promise of a particular result or a testimonial for this October offer.

Jack had wondered whether he would fit in. Describing his experience with CRWC, he said:
“It's just really inclusive. You don't feel out of place.”

Gabriele describes moving from mostly solo running to planned sessions and a more deliberate approach to pacing and race preparation.
He talks about consistency and confidence, completing the Paris Marathon and wanting to keep progressing afterwards.
When describing how course knowledge changed his race approach, he said:
“But just knowing how is the track around, it changes the approach to any race.”

Training information and AI-assisted analysis can add detail to what I see. They don’t know your goals, how the week felt or what else is happening in your life.
I bring those pieces together, review your training and make the coaching decisions which guide your safe progress.
The coaching block is scheduled to start on 12 October. If your cancellation period is still running, I’ll ask before starting coaching or onboarding early.
Choose what you want to work towards and a block that feels right.
We’ll have a goals conversation and review your running history.
I prepare your Training Tilt programme around your goal and available time.

You train; I review the actual week and your feedback.
We adapt the programme when your training, goals or life change.

These intake prices apply when you complete the required payment or mandate authorisation by 12 October. Prices change from 13 October; updated prices will be shared once confirmed.
You don’t need to know every race you’ll do six or twelve months from now. Your goals and programme can develop during the block.
A focused block for a specific goal.
Build consistency or prepare for a bigger goal.
Give longer-term progression room to build.
A full year of development, with room for goals to evolve.
Every block is scheduled to start on 12 October 2026, even if you join and complete setup earlier. If your cancellation period is still running then, I’ll ask before starting coaching or onboarding early; your full paid block will be preserved. Instalments are fixed: the schedule stops after the second or third payment. The first collection is requested as soon as possible after mandate authorisation and may take several days; later collections are monthly.
Pay in full: a place is confirmed after successful payment is verified. Instalments: a valid mandate for the selected package reserves a place, subject to the first collection succeeding. An unresolved first-collection failure, genuine cancellation or authorised refund may release the place under the agreed process.
Online and phone-assisted places count towards the same ten-place intake. The count is managed manually; no live remaining-place number is shown here.

You do not need a particular watch or Garmin. I can help you use the watch or app you already have more effectively.
Training Tilt can send eligible structured workouts to a compatible Garmin calendar when the account has the required Training permission. I send them manually in Training Tilt; you then sync your watch. It is not an automatic sync.
